TL;DR, This mod let's you join the Enclave in TTW. The Enclave Improvement Project by Pistolero/Lawlder was one of my favorite mods for the original Fallout 3, so I had it converted to Tale of Two Wastelands. Everything from the original mod has been converted, joining the Enclave, all the quests, all the NPCs, the Enclave being friendly.
